Our customer is a National contractor operating in 28 markets across 15 states. Their company provides home repair, replacement and maintenance services specializing in heating, ventilation and air conditioning, plumbing, water, electrical and related services. The company collectively serves more than 2 million customers annually and employees more than 7,300 team members.

The Company's Challenges

  • The customer was dissatisfied with their current provider and the lack of communication and understanding of their needs.

  • The 23 call center locations were experiencing frequent dropped calls and latency which inhibited their ability to provide adequate customer service.

  • Due to their expanding business locations and recent acquisitions, the company was in need of a reliable backup and failover solution to ensure business continuity at their 51 locations - with room to grow and expand in the future.

Telesystem’s Customized Solution

As a rapidly growing company focused on providing excellent customer support, they were in need of a network overhaul and a partner to truly understand their business needs.

Through detailed discovery calls, our team was able to pinpoint the issues they had with their current provider and develop a solution to not only meet their current needs but help them prepare for future growth and enhance their overall experience. By digging into their current infrastructure, we were able to develop a seamless network solution for all 51 of their locations that would provide the reliability, speed, and low latency required for their operations, along with the necessary backup they were lacking previously. To ensure high availability in their 23 call centers and prevent the service disruptions they encountered previously, our team implemented dual SD-WAN appliances, switches, and routers at each location, supported by a 5G LTE backup. The new network design features multiple layers of redundancy providing a seamless failover for critical voice and data services.
