Outages-
11/13/2025 - Telesystem is experiencing an issue with an upstream partner provider. The outage began around 1:45pm EST and the provider has a proactive ticket open for their group. We are investigating with a technician of our own.
10/31/2025 - Telesystem is working with a partner provider to address ongoing caller ID issues impacting some customers. We will continue to update our status page with our progress.
Cleared Outages--
11/4/2025- We are currently working with our partner provider on an issue effecting internet.
PLANNED MAINTENANCE
Maintenance: 11/13/25 10PM EST - 11/14/25 6AM EST. Replacing 3.1kft of damaged fiber along its network in Greenbush, Michigan.
Maintenance: 11/17/25 12AM EST - 11/17/25 6AM EST. Replacing equipment to clear alarms and provide improved network operation
Maintenance: 11/18/25 12AM EST - 11/18/25 6AM EST. Performing emergency maintenance to troubleshoot and repair degraded light levels on transport fiber between Kalkaska & Traverse City, Michigan.
