We are currently experiencing a power event at Data Center One that is impacting one side of power. This is affecting collocation customers in the Toledo area. 

3/4/2024

We experienced an outage on our blue platform causing one-way audio trouble.  Telesystem technicians and engineers were able to isolate the trouble to a piece of voice equipment in one of our data centers. The trouble is resolved and calls are processing normally. If you have any further questions, please give us a call at 888-808-6111.

Telesystem will be performing maintenance activity to upgrade the MetaView Servers across the deployments.

 

Our technical staff has worked with senior management and our equipment vendor to devise the most efficient process possible in order to limit service interruption. Minimizing impact to our customers is of key importance. Please see the details below and accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you.


Details: 

Bug Fix: Renaming a Business Group on a clustered CFS deployment can cause phone profiles to be lost. When a Business Group is renamed in a clustered CFS deployment, the associated SIP PS Phone Profiles at the department and subscriber levels are not updated correctly. This means that those profiles will no longer appear in the Phone Profile Editor and that the devices using those profiles will pull incorrect config. Once the name change is reverted, the profiles will re-appear and SIP PS will return the correct config to the device on its next config pull.


Maximum Impact Duration

There is no expected impact to customers due to the redundancy of the servers.
