As a VoxNet customer,
what does this mean for you?

What immediate impact does this have for me as a Helm and VoxNet customer?

On day one and the near term, it will be business as usual for VoxNet customers. Telesystem will be sending out introductory emails and will be scheduling introductory meetings, however, there is no immediate change to how you engage with your current provider. As VoxNet transitions their services and support, our team will communicate major changes in advance, offering you time to understand the new processes and get clarification on any outstanding questions.

 

Who is my contact at Telesystem and where do I call for VoxNet support, Change Orders, technical design questions, etc?

Until further notice, you will still contact Helm for all your support needs. Telesystem will be reaching out to VoxNet customers to introduce our team and give you a main point of contact. Any transitions in process or points of contact will be measured. Telesystem and Helm will work together to deliver the exceptional level of customer experience you’ve grown to expect.
